Congratulations, Jean!

We are embarking on a new professional venture at Devaureix IP, a firm specialising in litigation and industrial and intellectual property, where we bring more than 20 years of experience in the sector.

The firm, which already has a team of six professionals, was born out of a desire to take a different approach to the profession, a decision that makes law a more flexible and closer relationship with clients, with a focus on training, in order to become an ally for clients and a source of legal support.

What is the firm’s objective?

Our business vision is based on commitment, individual and personalised treatment and almost immediate attention from the firm’s lawyers through various means of contact. This strategy transforms lawyer-client communication, making it more fluid and transparent.

We act as a law firm specialising in industrial and intellectual property, unfair competition, know-how and technology transfer, and we also stand out for our involvement in patent litigation related to biotechnology and pharmaceutical products.

We follow this approach so that the professionals who join us find a place where they can develop their vocation for service in a professional, respectful, cordial and collegial environment.
